Shipping Times & Processing
All of our products are made-to-order. This allows us to maintain quality and reduce waste.

Processing Time: 2–5 business days

Domestic Shipping Time (U.S.): 5–10 business days

International Shipping Time: 7–21 business days (depending on region and customs)
Processing time begins once the order is confirmed and payment is received.
Shipping Carriers & Fulfillment
We partner with Printful for production and fulfillment. Shipping is handled by reputable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, or their regional partners, depending on your location.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the item, please contact the carrier directly for resolution.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
GhostKit Supply LLC is not responsible for:

Delays caused by the carrier

Packages lost or stolen after delivery is marked complete

Shipping issues due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Customs or import delays (for international orders)

Items damaged in transit
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
Shipping Fees & Customs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout. If an item is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can re-ship the order once additional shipping fees are paid.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because items are made-to-order, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be modified.
